This privacy policy describes how Nahka Agency and all the events it organizes process personal data. The privacy policy applies to the event services provided by Nahka Agency Ltd.

- when registering as a participant for WTF Capital of Metal
- when purchasing tickets

Analysis tools and measurement systems provided by third parties may be used in connection with our services. Such are, for example, Google Analytics.
We may also receive personal data from our partners in connection with the provision of services in connection with the services of such parties.
In addition to Nahka Agency Ltd, Tiketti Oy (https://www.tiketti.fi) acts as the processor of Nahka Agency's customer data.

The retention period and criteria vary by personal data group, depending on the purpose of use of a particular personal data group.

Personal data group retention criteria:
Customer data retention period: 3 years.
Personnel data: 3 years or retention periods according to the Accounting Act

Personal data may be disclosed for justified purposes. The disclosure complies with the requirements of the data protection legislation in force at any time:

We collect information about the use of services and the technical characteristics of devices using cookies and

Data is not disclosed outside the EU.

Data is collected in the service's shared databases, which are protected by firewalls, passwords and other
technical means. Manual databases are located in locked and guarded
